Another season of Młode Smoki behind us – TLC supports the development of young athletes

Another season of Młode Smoki behind us – TLC supports the development of young athletes

The Młode Smoki sports team, representing WKS Wawel Kraków, has completed another season with impressive results, confirming their position among the most talented young track and field athletes in Poland. National championship medals, Polish records and further international starts show the scale of their development.
TLC has been actively supporting this group for years – investing in sportswear, regeneration equipment and youth-oriented initiatives.

As part of the cooperation, TLC funded professional sportswear with the company’s logo, and in previous seasons – specialist regeneration equipment that the athletes use on a daily basis. In November, Młode Smoki also visited the TLC headquarters in Gorlice, where we summarised the year and discussed prospects for further support.

A season full of records and historic achievements

It was one of the most successful seasons in the team’s history. Młode Smoki played a key role in the triumph of WKS Wawel Kraków in the Junior Premier League and confirmed their strong form in both national and international competitions.

The most important achievements of the season:

Polish U16 Championships (Lublin)
The team won four gold medals and set three Polish Records. It was the best performance in the history of this age category and a victory in the national medal classification.

Polish U18 Championships (Poznań)
The athletes won four medals: one gold, one silver and two bronze. The men’s 4×400 m relay ran faster than the previous Polish record – although it was their competitors who ultimately set the new best time.

Indoor season
The athletes won four Polish Championship medals, including a Polish record in the 4×400 m mixed relay U20, gold in the U18 category, as well as one gold and one silver medal in individual events.

Support that genuinely helps young talents grow

The successes of Młode Smoki are the result of hard work, consistency and a professional approach, but also the effect of stable and conscious support. At TLC, we believe that investing in young people is one of the key elements of sustainable development – it creates value for the community, builds healthy habits and inspires future generations.

The visit of Młode Smoki to our headquarters in Gorlice was a very positive experience for us. We were glad to meet the team, talk about their plans for the next season and spend time together. We hope such meetings will happen more often – our doors are always open for young sports talents.
