We are looking for an experienced B2B sales specialist in the construction equipment industry for the markets of South-Eastern Europe. What will be your responsibilities:

  • Active acquisition of new customers in the B2B construction sector in south-eastern European countries
  • Maintaining business relationships
  • Achieving sales goals and business assumptions of the company
  • Conducting negotiations and processing commercial contracts, preparing offers and presentations for customers,
  • Building long-term business contacts with current and new customers
  • Technical advisory
  • Active monitoring and reporting of the situation on the subordinate market
  • Creating an appropriate image of the company on the relevant market

What we expect from you:

  • At least 5 years of experience on salesman position in the B2B sector of the construction equipment industry on the markets of South-Eastern Europe
  • Very good knowledge of English and one of the Balkan languages
  • Technical education and skills in reading technical drawings
  • Experience in conducting business negotiations
  • Ease of establishing and building lasting business relationships
  • High sales skills
  • Very good work organization
  • Self-discipline and consistency in pursuing the goal
  • Availability and readiness to visit clients in the subordinate area
  • Category B driving license – readiness for frequent business trips (foreign)
  • Technical education
