Ensuring precise emission monitoring and compliance with strict environmental regulations is a priority for modern industrial facilities. As part of our commitment to delivering advanced solutions, we have introduced measurement houses as a new product in our portfolio.
What are measurement houses and why are they essential?
Measurement houses are housing structures installed on industrial chimneys designed to:
Protect sensitive measurement equipment from external conditions,
Provide safe access for operation and maintenance teams,
Enable continuous monitoring of flue gas emissions, including:
Carbon monoxide (CO) – an indicator of combustion efficiency,
Nitrogen oxides (NOx) – contributing to smog formation,
Sulfur oxides (SOx) – responsible for air pollution and material degradation.
The collected data is constantly monitored by environmental agencies and local authorities, ensuring compliance with emission standards.
Our new product in action – Riverside 2 project
As part of the Riverside 2 Energy from Waste project, our team designed, manufactured, and installed high-quality measurement houses made of hot-dip galvanized S235/S355 steel. Each structure includes:
Roof and walls – providing protection against harsh weather conditions,
Three windows (500×500 mm) – ensuring easy inspection of measuring devices,
Service access doors – allowing safe and convenient equipment maintenance.
By implementing these solutions, operators have safe and efficient access to measurement points and analyzers, ensuring continuous final plant emissions monitoring at the Riverside 2 facility.
Why is emission monitoring so important?
The use of measurement houses is critical for industrial facilities as it enables:
Continuous control of emissions to meet environmental standards,
Optimization of plant operations through real-time data analysis,
Avoidance of financial penalties for exceeding emission limits,
Minimization of environmental impact and improved air quality.
Measurement houses are a new product in the TLC portfolio, already proving their efficiency in modern industrial facilities. Our projects, such as Riverside 2, demonstrate that this solution provides reliable and precise emission monitoring while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
TLC supports local sports, cultural and social initiatives
During the May weekend TLC sponsored several events organized in Gorlice and nearby towns. These included sports cultural and social initiatives aimed at various groups of participants — from children and families to enthusiasts of music history motoring and active leisure.
