360° measurement house for industrial chimneys

We have completed another project! We manufactured a 360° measurement house, which was installed on a 90-meter high industrial chimney in Pori, southern Finland.
Measurement house parameters:
· construction: S235/S355 steel, hot-dip galvanized
· floor: checker plate
· roof and walls: painted trapezoidal sheet metal
· windows: trapezoidal polycarbonate
· doors: installed for easy access
· safety ladder: allows safe access to the top of the chimney

External spiral staircase and service platforms for industrial tanks
In collaboration with a manufacturer of stainless steel storage tanks we delivered a complete system consisting of an external galvanized steel spiral staircase and service platforms for two industrial tanks. The solution was designed to ensure safe access for daily operation and scheduled maintenance work, in full compliance with EN ISO 14122 requirements for industrial stairs and walkway systems.

Spiral stairs for PGNiG Termika – Pniówek Plant
As part of the "Construction of a dry desulfurization installation (1100 mg/m³u) for boilers K1, K2, K3" project carried out by PGNiG TERMIKA Energetyka Przemysłowa S.A. – Pniówek Plant, TLC designed, manufactured, and installed spiral stairs.
