Design and delivery of complete steel walkway systems for gas chimney stack
We have prepared and fulfilled a complete and durable walkway systems with platforms, which will guarantee the safety of users in a pure gas chimney stack.
The entire system consists of 3 circumferential platforms, 5 rest platforms, 7 spiral and 1 straight entrance flights of stairs.
The construction was made of s235 steel, which has been hot-dip galvanized – the only exception being the level +95600 platform which was made of stainless steel.
The filling of both the steps and platforms were made of pressed grating 33×33, also hot-dip galvanised.

External spiral staircase and service platforms for industrial tanks
In collaboration with a manufacturer of stainless steel storage tanks we delivered a complete system consisting of an external galvanized steel spiral staircase and service platforms for two industrial tanks. The solution was designed to ensure safe access for daily operation and scheduled maintenance work, in full compliance with EN ISO 14122 requirements for industrial stairs and walkway systems.
