2400 m³ duplex stainless steel digester installed in Castres, France for wastewater treatment applications. TLC delivered the structural design and a hot-dip galvanized steel access system compliant with EN 1993-1-1 and EN 1090 (EXC2), ensuring safe maintenance access and long-term durability.

TLC steel staircase for a food industry facility in Nowy Modlin, Poland. 38.7 m high, hot-dip galvanized, anti-slip steps, child-safe balustrades – a safe and durable access system compliant with EU standards.

In collaboration with a manufacturer of stainless steel storage tanks we delivered a complete system consisting of an external galvanized steel spiral staircase and service platforms for two industrial tanks. The solution was designed to ensure safe access for daily operation and scheduled maintenance work, in full compliance with EN ISO 14122 requirements for industrial stairs and walkway systems. 

For one of Europe’s leading aircraft manufacturers, TLC developed a set of three service platforms designed directly on the basis of the client’s technical documentation and adapted to the specific requirements of aircraft maintenance operations. 

As part of the "Construction of a dry desulfurization installation (1100 mg/m³u) for boilers K1, K2, K3" project carried out by PGNiG TERMIKA Energetyka Przemysłowa S.A. – Pniówek Plant, TLC designed, manufactured, and installed spiral stairs.

A new gas sphere is under construction in Papeete, aiming to increase gas storage capacity by 50% in 2025. The new structure, which is more than twice the size of the existing one, will enhance supply management efficiency and significantly improve LPG storage safety.
