Steel walkway system for biogas plant tanks in Zbiersko

Tanks require solid structures that ensure safe communication. We had the opportunity to create a walkway system during the construction of a biogas plant in Zbiersko.
The TLC team undertook the work comprehensively: design – production – delivery and assembly. We delivered to the bioreactor:
- steel spiral stairs
- steel platforms
- technical ladders secured with protective cage
- steps and platforms filled with a welded grating
The whole is equipped with an industrial type railing, ensuring the safety of users.
The structure is made of S235 / S355 steel and hot-dip galvanized.

External spiral staircase and service platforms for industrial tanks
In collaboration with a manufacturer of stainless steel storage tanks we delivered a complete system consisting of an external galvanized steel spiral staircase and service platforms for two industrial tanks. The solution was designed to ensure safe access for daily operation and scheduled maintenance work, in full compliance with EN ISO 14122 requirements for industrial stairs and walkway systems.
Comprehensive system of aircraft maintenance platforms
For one of Europe’s leading aircraft manufacturers, TLC developed a set of three service platforms designed directly on the basis of the client’s technical documentation and adapted to the specific requirements of aircraft maintenance operations.

As part of the "Construction of a dry desulfurization installation (1100 mg/m³u) for boilers K1, K2, K3" project carried out by PGNiG TERMIKA Energetyka Przemysłowa S.A. – Pniówek Plant, TLC designed, manufactured, and installed spiral stairs.
