TLC 2023 summary: growth and sustainability
We said goodbye to 2023. So it’s time for a little summary.
We have hired 48 new employees, bringing the total number of jobs created to 446. Key investments this year include, among others, establishing a new foreign company in France, building our third production facility in Stargard, and opening another TLC Rental branch in Olsztynek.
Anonymously, we continue to adhere to the Green TLC strategy we adopted years ago. We actively strive to care for the world around us and prioritize Sustainable Development.

Another season of Młode Smoki behind us – TLC supports the development of young athletes
The Młode Smoki sports team, representing WKS Wawel Kraków, has completed another season with impressive results, confirming their position among the most talented young track and field athletes in Poland. National championship medals, Polish records and further international starts show the scale of their development.
TLC has been actively supporting this group for years – investing in sportswear, regeneration equipment and youth-oriented initiatives.
Service platforms for aircraft maintenance – advanced access systems for the aviation sector
TLC designed and delivered three steel–aluminium service platforms for a major European aircraft manufacturer. The scope included adapting the client’s documentation, full fabrication and the implementation of engineering solutions dedicated to demanding aviation environments — from guiding and locking systems to precise positioning mechanisms and advanced anti-corrosion protection for operation in coastal conditions.
