TLC Group strengthens its market position – acquisition of Forest Gorlice as a step toward further growth

We are pleased to announce that TLC Group has acquired a stake in Forest Gorlice, a company with nearly 100 years of tradition in the production of solid wood products. Thanks to this transaction, 180 employees have joined our Group, expanding TLC’s structure to 10 companies operating in 4 countries, employing nearly 700 people. Following the acquisition, TLC Group’s total annual turnover is expected to reach approximately 100 million euros in 2025, and we will manage four production plants with a total area of 35,000 m².

TLC Group’s growth – 10 companies in 4 countries

TLC Group, a Polish-Swedish company specializing in the design and production of solutions for the industry and construction sectors, now comprises 10 companies. We operate in Poland, Sweden, France, and Germany, and our projects are carried out in over 50 countries worldwide. We process approximately 7,000 tons of steel annually and complete 1,500 projects per year. Our operations are based on international quality and safety certifications, such as TÜV and Bureau Veritas.

Forest Gorlice – a company with tradition and new perspectives

Forest Gorlice is a producer of premium wooden products, including hangers, kitchen accessories, and collections for the hospitality and fashion industries. With nearly 100 years of history, the company has become one of the leading producers of wooden products in Poland and Europe.

Forest Gorlice will continue to focus on producing premium wooden products. The synergy with TLC is currently minimal, but we see enormous growth potential in Forest’s existing portfolio. Additionally, we gain a stable production site for TLC, as our current facilities are already fully utilized,” explains Łukasz Osikowicz –  CEO of Forest Gorlice.

Mutual benefits and plans for the future

Following the acquisition of Forest Gorlice, new development opportunities have opened up for both companies. In the first phase, we plan to invest in marketing, sales, the implementation of modern management systems, and the modernization of our production facility. We also plan to develop new products that will enable us better to meet the needs of our market and customers.

This transaction strengthens our market position, increasing production capacity and the scope of our operations. It marks a new stage of growth for TLC Group, full of challenges and opportunities. We have expanded our capabilities to execute more complex projects, opening up new possibilities in both steel construction and wooden products. Our investment plans and the development of innovative products will enable further growth for the TLC Group and strengthen our market position.
