TLC Group reaches a new level of international cooperation – strategic partnership with France’s Groupe ADF

During the World Nuclear Exhibition (WNE) 2025 in Paris – one of the most important global events for the nuclear industry – we signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the French company Groupe ADF, a European leader in industrial engineering and modernization of technological installations.

This strategic agreement marks a milestone in the development of TLC Group and opens a new stage in our international growth. The MoU represents a step towards long-term cooperation and strengthening relations with Groupe ADF, creating a foundation for collaboration in engineering, design, and steel structure supply for major industrial and energy investments across Europe.

The document was signed in the presence of representatives of both companies at the Polish National Pavilion, highlighting the importance of Polish–French cooperation in the European industrial and advanced technology sectors.

A partnership of strategic importance

The signed agreement establishes a strategic framework for cooperation in developing design, engineering, and production competencies. Working together with Groupe ADF will enable us to execute projects on an even larger scale, reinforcing our position as a reliable partner for the international industry.

The scope of cooperation includes:

  • supply of certified steel structures for the industrial and energy sectors,
  • specialized design and consulting services,
  • joint participation in international tenders and projects,
  • exchange of technical knowledge and engineering best practices.

“TLC Group works with some of the largest industrial companies, supported by a specialized design department and an advanced production facility. This allows us to deliver comprehensive, tailor-made solutions for complex industrial projects – from concept to installation. Combining our potential with Groupe ADF’s experience opens new opportunities for joint international projects.”

WNE – an international platform for industrial cooperation

The partnership with Groupe ADF is a strategic step in strengthening TLC Group’s position in the European market. Together, we will continue to develop innovative technologies, support sustainable industry, and create solutions that actively contribute to Europe’s energy transformation.
