TLC will build a treetop walkway. We have signed a contract for a new tourist attraction

The signing of the contract marks an important stage in the development of the tourist infrastructure of the Wapienne Spa Resort. As part of the investment a new viewing point with a platform and a walking path will be created enriching the recreational offer of the region and increasing the attractiveness of this place on the map of Małopolska.

An investment important for the development of the region

For TLC this project also has a special local dimension. As a company connected with the region we are pleased to take part in projects that genuinely contribute to its development and help create places attractive to both residents and visitors. It is an investment that combines functional landscape and social value while at the same time strengthening the tourist potential of the area.

This is already the second project of this kind carried out by TLC in our region. Previously we completed the steel structure of the viewing tower on Mount Łysula in Dominikowice which has become a recognisable point on the local tourist map. You can read more about this project here.

The “design and build” formula

The investment will be carried out under the design and build formula which means that TLC is responsible both for preparing the design documentation and for carrying out the construction works. This approach makes it possible to maintain consistency throughout the delivery process and to manage the investment efficiently from the design stage to the completion of the facility. In the case of the project in Wapienne this formula is of particular importance due to the need to combine quality of execution functionality of the facility and proper adaptation of the solutions to the character of the surroundings.

Key project information

The value of the signed contract amounts to PLN 5776818.00 gross. The project will be carried out thanks to external funding obtained under the Regional Operational Programme – funds for spa resorts. The contract was signed on 17 April 2026 between the Municipality of Sękowa and TLC Sp. z o.o. On behalf of our company the document was signed by Łukasz Osikowicz – Proxy and Miłosz Muzyka – project coordinator.

According to the schedule the completion of the investment is planned for September 2027.

The implementation of the investment in Wapienne confirms TLC’s commitment to projects requiring the combination of design execution and organisational competences. Participation in this type of undertaking allows us to develop experience in the delivery of facilities that respond to the specific needs of investors and users.
