Key features of the TUP Standard and TUP Folding crane loading platforms
- Load capacity of up to 4,000 kg – supports crane-assisted loading, unloading and handling of construction materials on multi-storey construction sites.
- Compliance with PN-EN 12811-1 – both versions comply with the standard specified for TUP crane loading platforms.
- Three nominal platform widths – 1.25 m, 1.50 m and 2.20 m, allowing you to select a crane loading platform to suit your project requirements.
- Two installation methods – installation between building tiers or anchoring to the slab gives you a choice of mounting methods to suit site conditions.
- Two guardrail configurations – both versions are available with or without sheet metal guardrail infill panels. The sheet metal panels can feature your company logo, increasing brand visibility on site.
- Branding options – the platforms can be painted in various colours to match your company branding.
TUP S – Standard crane loading platform
- Bolted construction – can be disassembled into components for on-site assembly, helping reduce transport volume.
- Flexible transport and storage – transport assembled or disassembled; assembled platforms can be stacked up to 3 high during storage and 2 high during transport.
- Corrosion protection – hot-dip galvanisation and powder coating protect steel components in construction site conditions.
- Dedicated fall protection attachment points – allow personal fall protection equipment to be attached where required by site procedures and risk assessment.
TUP FL- Folding crane loading platform
- Folding guardrails – fold down to create a compact configuration for transport and storage.
- Reduced logistics space – the folded configuration helps optimise space in the warehouse and during transport.
- Storage stacking – stack up to 4 folded platforms to make better use of available storage space.
- Transport stacking – arrange folded platforms in 2 stacks of 2 to optimise loading space.
