TLC CUP 2023: youth football tournament in Gorlice

The TLC CUP 2023 is an event that is now behind us, but it will surely remain in the memories of all football enthusiasts for a long time. Over the past weekend, on September 30th and October 1st, we had the pleasure of hosting 16 teams from Poland, Slovakia, and Ukraine, who came to Gorlice to participate in this annual football tournament for 10-year-olds. This extraordinary event was organized by our sponsored football school, Aserekteam.

During the weekend matches on the Gorlice fields, nearly 200 young football enthusiasts had the opportunity to showcase their skills. The competition was divided into two days of intense rivalry, from dawn till dusk. On Sunday, it was time for the final clashes, where all the teams fought for the highest position in the tournament. Ultimately, the winner of this year’s edition was the SMS Przemyśl team, who defeated their peers from Beniaminek Rzeszów in an exciting final. The third place went to the tournament hosts, the Aserekteam.

It was not only about the battles on the field but also an opportunity to win fantastic prizes. The top teams of the tournament received trophies, medals, and footballs for each player. Additionally, all participants left Gorlice with a TLC CUP medal around their necks, which serves as a beautiful memento of their participation in this prestigious event.
