Our sustainable responsibility: ISO certification success

In January 2021, at TLC’s headquarters in Gorlice, Poland, a two-stage certification audit was held. It was performed in order to confirm that our efforts to receive the Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 are legitimate.

During the two-days-long audit, a team of auditors representing the TÜV SÜD Polska control body checked if the processes realized at the company are organized, realized and monitored, how is the organizational context, leadership and understanding of interested party needs and expectations are understood by the management, meeting the requirements, how are the actions identifying risks and chances are planned and realized, or the effectiveness of all the relevant activities is evaluated, and how is the company constantly developing.

For many years we are putting a lot of focus on high quality of our products and offered services, environmental protection and OHS keeping in mind sustainability, that is why we are happy to announce the positive outcome of the certification process.

Short information about the standards and requirements which we declared.

Quality management

ISO 9001:2015 standard includes specified requirements for quality management. A company (organization) which wishes to demonstrate its ability for constant delivery of products and services that meet clients’ requirements, are according to current law and regulations, as well as striving for clients’ satisfaction through successful use of the system and its constant development are subject to certification process of an implemented system by the recognized and independent third party.

Rules on which the system is built:

• Client orientation,
• Leadership,
• Engagement of people,
• Process approach,
• Development,
• Decision making based on evidence,
• Relationship management.

In order to meet the requirements, an organization (our company), should plan and implement actions which include risks and chances, which leads to successful management of risks inside the organization. Our company does that with the certificate as a proof.

Summing up, our client must always be satisfied – the certificate proves that they will be.

Environmental managemet

ISO 14001:2015 standard regulates the requirements that concern the environmental management system, that are the basis of compliance evaluation and are intended for companies which intend to manage their environmental duties in the systematic method, supporting the environmental pillar in company’s sustainability.

The intended management system results expected from our company are:

• Improvement of environmental effects of the business,
• Fulfillment of commitments concerning the compliance,
• Meeting the environmental goals.

Our company does that, so if you are our client – don’t worry, you are not harming the environment while working with our company that cares about sustainability. The condition to meet your current needs is to reach the balance between the environment, society and economy without any dangers for future generations.

These are the social expectations and that is why we implement systematic approach to environmental management that has been subject to certification process.

OHS management

ISO 45001:2018 standard specifies the requirements for an occupational health and safety (OHS) management system to enable organizations to provide safe and healthy workplace by preventing work-related injuries and health conditions, and proactively improvement of OHS performance.

Thanks to the implemented OHS management system, our company more effectively strives to improve occupational health and safety, eliminate hazards and minimize health and safety risks, takes advantage of OHS opportunities or refer to non-compliance with the system related to the conducted activity. TLC also has in mind activities for the health / well-being of employees. It is extremely important for us to eliminate threats and minimize the risks by taking effective preventive and protective measures.

The obtained certificate confirms the effectiveness of our activities and motivates us to take up new challenges in this area.
