SMART hoarding fences
SMART is a construction site hoarding system manufactured by TLC for infrastructure projects, industrial areas and other construction works. The system consists of steel hoarding panels with a zinc-coated frame filled with T18 trapezoidal sheet metal, providing secure site separation, controlled access and visual screening during construction works.
As part of construction site safety equipment, the SMART System helps organise restricted areas, reduce the impact of dust and noise on surrounding spaces, and create a clear temporary site hoarding perimeter for construction and renovation works.
Fully closed SMART System:

Variants of the SMART System
SMART construction site hoarding is available in several panel configurations to suit different project requirements, site layouts and handling preferences. Whether the project requires a standard site hoarding solution, a lightweight panel for easier installation or customised RAL-coloured panels, the SMART System offers a suitable option.
Available SMART panel variants:
- SMART Panel 2,8 – standard site hoarding panel with a steel frame made of tubes and angle bars, filled with T18 galvanised trapezoidal sheet metal.
- SMART Panel 2,8 RAL – standard site hoarding panel with a steel frame made of tubes and angle bars, filled with RAL-coated T18 trapezoidal sheet metal.
- SMART Light Panel 2,8 – lightweight site hoarding panel with a steel frame made of tubes and angle bars, filled with T18 galvanised trapezoidal sheet metal.
- SMART Light Panel 2,8 RAL – lightweight site hoarding panel with a steel frame made of tubes and angle bars, filled with RAL-coated T18 trapezoidal sheet metal.
- SMART Light Panel 2,3 – compact lightweight site hoarding panel with a steel frame made of tubes and angle bars, filled with T18 galvanised trapezoidal sheet metal.
- SMART Light Panel 2,3 RAL – compact lightweight site hoarding panel with a steel frame made of tubes and angle bars, filled with RAL-coated T18 trapezoidal sheet metal.
Key features of the SMART System

Safety, installation and system compatibility
The basic element of the SMART System is a site hoarding panel built from a steel frame made of tubes and angle bars, filled with T18 galvanised trapezoidal sheet metal. The panels are available with galvanised and or RAL-coated sheet metal infill, depending on the required finish and project conditions.
The SMART System is completed with a range of compatible mounting accessories, including feet, couplers, stabilisers, anchors and locking elements. These components support stable installation on different ground conditions and help adapt the temporary fencing layout to the specific requirements of the site.
To ensure correct use, the SMART System should be installed in accordance with the technical documentation, project requirements and applicable health and safety rules on site.
SMART Gates
The SMART System includes dedicated pedestrian and vehicle gates for controlled access to construction sites, infrastructure projects and industrial areas.
- Pedestrian gates – used for controlled foot access to site hoarding and construction site fencing. Available options include SMART Light Pedestrian Gate 1,2 with bolt and SMART Pedestrian Gate 1,0 with bolt.
- Vehicle gates – used for controlled access for vehicles, machinery and deliveries. Available options include SMART Light Vehicle Gate 5,7 with bolt and SMART Vehicle Gate 5,7 with bolt.
- Bolt closing system – SMART Gates are equipped with bolt solutions that support controlled entry, closure and day-to-day site access management.
- Compatible with SMART site hoarding panels and mounting accessories, the gate system can be integrated into a complete temporary site hoarding solution.
Accessories
The SMART System can be completed with a wide range of temporary fencing accessories. Available accessories include PVC and concrete feet, fencing couplers, stabilisers, anchors, hinges, wheels, locking systems and anti-lift components. These elements help create a stable temporary site hoarding solution and allow the system to be adapted to different ground conditions and project requirements.
