CITY crowd control barriers
CITY is a crowd control barrier system developed and manufactured by TLC. It is used for temporary area separation, pedestrian management and access control during public events, roadworks and other temporary projects.
The system consists of steel barriers that combine durable construction with easy handling and flexible barrier layouts.
The main features of the CITY crowd control barrier system are:

CITY crowd control barrier variants
CITY crowd control barriers are available in several variants designed for temporary area separation, pedestrian management and crowd control during public events, outdoor projects, roadworks and other temporary applications. The CITY range includes several crowd control barrier variants developed and manufactured by TLC to suit different transport, storage and site requirements.
- CITY Standard Barrier 2,6 HDG – standard barrier manufactured from durable, hot-dip galvanised steel tubes for increased corrosion resistance. Suitable for projects where enhanced durability is required.
- CITY Light Barrier 2,6 HDG – lightweight barrier with a simplified design for easier transport and installation. Suitable for short-term events and locations where lower barrier weight is preferred.
- CITY Standard Flat Barrier 2,6 HDG – barrier with interchangeable flat and V-feet, allowing the appropriate foot type to be selected for different site conditions. The interchangeable feet provide stability on uneven ground and support fast assembly and disassembly.
- CITY Light Flat Barrier 2,6 HDG – lightweight, more portable barrier with interchangeable flat and V-feet, allowing the barrier to be adapted to different surface conditions.
- CITY Eco Standard Barrier 2,3 – barrier manufactured from pre-galvanised steel. Smaller pipe diameters reduce barrier weight, while the dimensions of 2600 × 1100 mm are optimised for container transport. The pre-galvanised steel provides long-lasting corrosion protection.

- Galvanised steel construction – CITY crowd control barriers are manufactured from galvanised steel, providing corrosion resistance and durability for repeated outdoor use. Depending on the selected variant, the barriers are manufactured from hot-dip galvanised or pre-galvanised steel.
- Fast assembly and secure connection – the integrated hook-and-eye connection system allows barriers to be connected quickly, creating stable barrier lines without additional connecting elements.
- Easy handling and transport – selected CITY barrier variants are available in lightweight versions for easier carrying, transport and storage.
- Flexible barrier layouts – all CITY barrier variants can be combined to create barrier layouts adapted to different project requirements.
- Powder coating in any RAL colour – all CITY crowd control barriers are available with powder coating in any colour from the RAL palette.
- Custom nameplate with your own logo available – CITY barriers can be fitted with a custom nameplate featuring the client’s own logo.
CITY barrier foot options
CITY crowd control barriers are available with two foot options: standard feet and replaceable flat feet. The selected foot option can be matched to transport, storage and site requirements.
- Standard feet – used for CITY barriers in crowd control, pedestrian guidance and temporary area separation layouts.
- Replaceable flat feet – support easier storage and transport while keeping the barriers suitable for temporary crowd control layouts.
