MOBILT temporary fence panels
MOBILT is a system of galvanised temporary fence panels manufactured by TLC for use on construction sites, infrastructure projects and industrial areas. The system consists of mesh fence panels, compatible accessories and stabilising elements that help create a clear temporary site perimeter while maintaining visibility of the construction site.
MOBILT temporary fence panels are suitable for projects where visibility of the construction site should be maintained while the area needs to be separated, organised and protected against unauthorised access

MOBILT temporary fence panel variants
The MOBILT System is available in multiple panel variants to suit different construction site fencing requirements, project conditions and handling preferences.
Available MOBILT panel variants:
- MOBILT Standard panels – lightweight galvanised mesh fence panels for temporary fencing on construction sites, infrastructure projects and industrial areas where site visibility should be maintained.
- MOBILT RC panels – temporary fence panels with a rounded tube frame for increased durability and stability in demanding site conditions.
- MOBILT Anti-Climb panels – mesh fence panels with anti-climb mesh designed for projects where additional access control is required.
- MOBILT PRO panels – reinforced temporary fence panels intended for demanding construction site fencing applications.
- MOBILT HDG panels – hot-dip galvanised temporary fence panels intended for long-term outdoor use and increased corrosion resistance.

Applications of the MOBILT System
MOBILT temporary fence panels are manufactured by TLC and used on projects where the site must remain visible while the area needs to be separated, organised and protected against unauthorised access. The system can be used on construction sites, infrastructure projects, roadworks, industrial areas and temporary restricted zones.
- Construction sites – MOBILT creates a clear temporary site perimeter that helps separate work zones and control access.
- Roadworks and infrastructure projects – the system can be used to mark temporary work zones, separate pedestrian routes and support site organisation.
- Industrial and commercial areas – MOBILT temporary fencing can be used during repairs, maintenance works, facility upgrades and temporary site reorganisation.
- Temporary restricted zones – MOBILT mesh fence panels can be used around storage areas, parking areas, warehouses and construction zones.

MOBILT temporary fencing gates
The MOBILT System includes pedestrian and vehicle gates for controlled access to construction sites, infrastructure projects and restricted work zones. The gates are compatible with MOBILT temporary fence panels and selected accessories, allowing the system to be configured according to project requirements.
Available MOBILT gate options include:
- MOBILT Pedestrian gate – designed for controlled pedestrian access. Compatible with PVC and concrete feet.
- MOBILT Anti-Climb Pedestrian gate – pedestrian gate with anti-climb mesh for projects requiring additional access control.
- MOBILT RC Pedestrian gate – pedestrian gate compatible with the MOBILT RC System.
- MOBILT RC Anti-Climb Pedestrian gate with bolt – pedestrian gate with anti-climb mesh and bolt locking system.
- MOBILT Vehicle gate frame HDG – a vehicle gate frame used with two MOBILT panels to create a wider access opening. The frame is compatible with MOBILT panels of any type except MOBILT EH panels.
- MOBILT RC Anti-Climb Vehicle gate with bolt – vehicle gate with anti-climb mesh and bolt locking system for controlled vehicle access.
Accessories for MOBILT temporary fence panels
The MOBILT System can be completed with a wide range of temporary fencing accessories. These accessories support stability, controlled access and installation flexibility on construction sites, infrastructure projects and industrial areas.
Available accessories include PVC and concrete feet, fencing couplers, stabilisers, steel anchors, hinges, wheels, locks, drop bolts, anti-lift brackets and Y-shaped barbed wire brackets. These elements help adapt MOBILT temporary fence panels to different ground conditions and site layouts.
Together, MOBILT panels and accessories create a flexible temporary fencing system that can be extended, modified and adjusted as project conditions change. Custom nameplates with your own logo are available for MOBILT temporary fence panels, allowing the fencing system to match company branding and project identification requirements.

Certification
The highest quality of our products is confirmed by the certificate of conformity of the Factory Production Control with EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 and the welding process quality certificate in accordance with EN-ISO 3834-2, issued by the TÜV SÜD Polska Sp. z o.o. Certification Centre.
We are also a manufacturer certified under the Integrated Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System according to ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001, issued by Bureau Veritas Certification.
We have Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for our products. This is a global Type III declaration programme based on the principles of ISO 14025. An EPD is a standardised document that provides information on the environmental impact of a product.
