SST temporary spiral staircase
The SST temporary spiral staircase provides safe temporary vertical access on construction sites where access between different working levels is required. Developed and manufactured by TLC, the SST System can be adapted to different project heights and site conditions.
The system consists of a base frame, intermediate modules, exit landings and railings. Its modular construction allows the staircase configuration to be adapted to different project heights. The system can be assembled from 1 to 8 modules, reaching a maximum height of 18,440 mm.
The staircase is manufactured from S235 and S355 steel and protected by hot-dip galvanisation for corrosion resistance. Assembly is based on screw connections, and the structure can be anchored to the building using stabilising consoles.
Developed in accordance with the PN-EN 12811 standard, the SST System is intended for temporary access structures used on construction sites. It can be used wherever temporary spiral staircases, temporary stairs and construction site stairs are required to provide safe vertical access between different working levels.
Key features of the SST temporary spiral staircase
- Modular construction
The SST temporary spiral staircase is based on a modular construction consisting of a base frame, intermediate modules, exit landings and safety barriers. This allows the staircase configuration to be adapted to different construction site requirements and working heights. - Configuration from 1 to 8 modules (up to 18,440 mm)
The system can be assembled from 1 to 8 modules, reaching a maximum height of 18,440 mm, making it suitable for temporary vertical access on construction projects requiring access between multiple working levels. - Usable stair and landing width – 730 mm
The stairs and landings provide a usable width of 730 mm, supporting safe and comfortable movement between working levels.
- Assembly based on screw connections
The SST System is assembled using screw connections, supporting efficient on-site installation and dismantling in accordance with the assembly documentation. - Anchoring to the structure using mounting brackets
The staircase can be anchored to the structure using mounting brackets, depending on project requirements and installation conditions. - Developed in accordance with the PN-EN 12811 standard
The SST temporary spiral staircase system is developed in accordance with the PN-EN 12811 standard for temporary access structures used on construction sites. - Temporary vertical access for construction sites
The SST System provides temporary vertical access on construction sites where temporary spiral staircases, temporary stairs and construction site stairs are required between different working levels.
