Steel container stairs and staircases 5kN

Our container stairs and staircases can be used for any type of construction container, whether being used for social areas, offices, warehouses, or shipping containers. Their universality allows you to fully configure the stairs, even when there are three levels of containers.

Additional elements, like landings and uprights, let you assemble a complete walkway system on each level of the container. Thanks to their lightweight and modular construction, the installation of our container stairs is fast and easy. What’s more, the modular construction allows you to quickly adjust the stairs to each different containers’ configuration.

Technical details

  • Steps and platforms made of press-welded gratings
  • Possibility of filling the landing with serrated grating 33×11 (R11)
  • One width of steps: 1250 mm
  • Fast and simple assembly in any configuration
  • Repeatability of elements, extension possibility
  • Possibility of mounting a toeboard and additional handrails
  • 5kN stairs comply with the requirements of the applicable building law

Our quality

Our preferred method of anti-corrosion protection is hot-dip galvanization in accordance with the EN ISO 1461/DIN 50976 standard. This ensures that every set of temporary stairs and container landings we produce is durable and secure.

Carefully designed solutions provide easy and safe assembly and disassembly, while rigorous quality testing and certified production processes guarantee the high quality of our products.

Yes. 5 kN stairs are designed in a way that allows them to be used as a permanent solution; however, compliance with local building regulations and project requirements for a given investment should be verified in each case.

The system includes various stair variants – including steel 2 kN and 5 kN stairs as well as aluminium 2 kN stairs. The individual solutions differ in load capacity, stair width and application range, which makes it possible to select the right configuration for the container layout and installation height.

Yes. Technical documentation is available for container stairs, including a static analysis report, which can be provided for project purposes.

The system includes steel stairs in 2 kN and 5 kN, as well as aluminium 2 kN stairs. Depending on the variant, they differ in load capacity, stair width (e.g. 1000 or 1250 mm), step infill type (anti-slip class R11/R12) and the possibility of extension with landings and additional elements. The modular construction allows the configuration to be adapted to the container height and the number of levels.

The lead time depends on product availability and the size of the order. Selected variants are available off the shelf, while standard serial solutions are usually completed within 2–4 weeks. In the case of larger projects or non-standard configurations, the lead time is determined individually.
