We are pleased to announce that Q4Steel, a manufacturer of premium modular houses, has joined TLC Group. The development of this area will be carried out under the TLC Unit brand, which already operates within TLC Group and focuses on prefabrication for construction.
This is an important step in the development of TLC Group and another stage in building a comprehensive offer in the segment of prefabricated construction solutions. Until now, TLC Unit’s activity has focused primarily on the design and production of prefabricated modular houses and bathrooms. With the integration of Q4Steel’s expertise, resources and product range, the offer is now being expanded to include premium modular houses.
TLC Group – international experience and strong production facilities
TLC Group is a Polish-Swedish company specialising in the design and production of solutions for the industrial and construction sectors. Today, it consists of 10 entities operating in Poland, Sweden, France and Germany, with Group projects carried out worldwide.
TLC Group has over 20 years of experience, more than 750 employees and 4 modern production plants. Each year, the Group processes over 7,000 tonnes of steel and delivers 1,500 projects. TLC’s operations are based on design expertise, production facilities and international quality and safety certificates.
The integration of Q4Steel’s resources into the TLC Unit area is part of the Group’s further development strategy. It allows TLC Group to expand its prefabrication expertise and increase its scale of operations in a new market segment.
TLC Unit – development in two prefabrication segments
TLC Unit is a company developed within TLC Group in the area of prefabrication for construction. The offer includes two main segments:
bathroom pods, i.e. fully equipped prefabricated bathroom units designed to accelerate the construction process, maintain consistent quality and reduce the scope of work carried out directly on site.
prefabricated modular buildings based on a steel structure, produced off-site and prepared for fast installation. They can function as standalone buildings or as part of a larger project, depending on the project assumptions and the client’s needs.
Q4Steel – experience in the production of premium modular houses
Q4Steel is an experienced manufacturer of premium modular houses. The company’s offer was addressed, among others, to investors planning the construction of holiday parks, year-round holiday houses and complete, fully equipped Second Home facilities.
Its project portfolio includes developments that demonstrate the broad application potential of modular technology – from holiday houses and recreational buildings to solutions designed for tourism investments and modern residential spaces.
The inclusion of this area in TLC Unit means the development of design, technological and production expertise in the segment of premium prefabricated buildings.
Combined expertise and future outlook
Combining the experience of TLC Group and Q4Steel opens up new development opportunities in the area of prefabrication. As a result, TLC Unit gains broader production, technological and design facilities, which will support the development of ready-made solutions for construction.
We are convinced that the integration of the expertise of both teams will contribute to the further development of TLC Group, increase the scale of operations and enable the delivery of new projects in the modular building segment.
We would like to thank our Clients, Employees and everyone involved in the development of TLC Group and Q4Steel for their trust and support. A new stage of development lies ahead, in which TLC Unit will build a strong position in the area of bathroom pods and modular houses.
